Traffic and Parking Surveys (TAPS) has changed ownership:
Outgoing:

Incoming:
Roger Trewenack: Managing Director
Andy Li: Director, Field Operations
Stephen Cropley: Director, Technology
As a result, Traffic and Parking Surveys is now co-owned by Transmetric. This important alliance provides TAPS with a new direction in transportation data collection, analysis and reporting, through the use of the “Traffic Server” platform and related software components.
